"Los restaurantes no estaban abiertos todos en las noches , lo iban alternando , uno de ellos ( Gourmet unlimited no pudimos entrar porque según las políticas del hotel (“que es un hotel familiar” )mi bebé de 8 meses no podía entrar ) La variedad de comidas estaba 8/10 , no estaba a la altura de la categoría del hotel y sus costos de reserva"

"Me encanta el hotel, esta es la tercera vez que voy, todo muy bueno, limpio y habitaciones de buen tamaño, todo muy cómodo y conveniente, room service 10/10, muy eficientes. Mi única queja es que el personal que atiende los diferentes establecimientos, sobretodo la heladería donde van mayormente niños, es un poco apático, en ocasiones no muestran ni una sonrisa, ni un saludo de cortesía, es más parecen hasta que están enojadas, no son todos, los hay muy afables, pero esa sería mi única queja, debe mejorar la atención al cliente de gran parte del personal que atiende las distintas áreas del hotel."

"This place is amazing. Everything is immaculate. The food and restaurants were fantastic. We never had a bad meal. Best Mahi mahi ever. Gregory was a hoot. He made our trip much more fun and became an extension of our family. The only not 5star part was that the property is relatively small and not a ton to do or see. Also would be nice to bring in local vendors a couple nights. Very chill, wouldn’t hesitate to go back"

"Food was okay, place was clean, ac was good.only real concern I had was I ran out of water bottles for the room and it took ~2 days to get more, but there’s always restaurants and bars"
