"Our stay at Casa Colibri was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever experienced. The team was great, the house was lovely and it was a delight. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed many delicious meals prepared by the team. The service was also excellent and truly allowed us to relax for the first time on a trip in quite a while. "Staff is already ready with a “yes”. Food choices are all wonderful. Having the golf cart lets you fully explore the property. Kids club includes activities and they are very nice. Beach and set up is amazing - sunset and coral blue water. Only thing I would improve is the main pool not being heated at the main lobby area."

The staff (Nancy and Kika) are incredible and Jeannette made the whole process seamless by ordering groceries to the house, arranging airport transfers and booking restaurant reservations. My family of 8 had the most wonderful vacation and we will absolutely be returning to this villa. Thank you Jeannette!"

"The property advertised as the “Elegant Villa” is grossly misrepresented and in unacceptable condition. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the home is severely worn, outdated, and neglected. The listing photos and description do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. The bathrooms were not simply unclean — they were disgusting. Every bathroom was in a condition that should never be presented to paying guests. The showers were visibly unsanitary and unfit for use. Only one shower was even remotely usable, and that one is partially broken. The remaining bathrooms were not in a condition any reasonable guest would feel comfortable using. Our three-year-old child discovered women’s underwear left behind in the property, demonstrating a complete lack of proper inspection prior to our arrival. Beyond cleanliness, the villa reflects long-term neglect. Furnishings are heavily worn, stained, and dated. Fixtures and finishes show visible deterioration. No amount of cleaning would resolve these issues — the property requires substantial repair and updating. The pool and hot tub are also in disrepair and not properly maintained. These amenities were a material factor in booking this property. We documented all issues immediately upon arrival and expect prompt resolution."
