Altos de Chavon Village Romantic Holidays

My stay was awesome, Carlos my concierge made sure my stay was great. He did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied. I had the best time although I was not at the resort most of the time because I was on excursions when I was at the resort I had an amazing fantastic time. Everyone was friendly staff, travelers, etc.. my only issue was that the elevator did not work and I end up having a swollen knee from going up three flight of steps when I got home, but other than that, everything else was amazing!

Resort was very nice. Do not buy premium upgrade during off season. Majority of staff was not very friendly and felt inconvenienced. There were a few really nice staff members. Noticed one staff eating food off of a plate before serving it. Another licked his fingers when slicing lemons and then touched the lemons he was juicing in smoothie bar in the spa.

Good food, employees are very attentive and professional. Rooms are clean. The swim up bar staff are excellent.

Great vacation for my wife and I. We recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing hassle free experience with attentive care and service.

Great food and variety of activities. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

The attention to guests is excellent! The variety in food is great. Wish the pool would open until later. Rooms need some updating but the facilities and surrounding areas are very clean and great condition.
