I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect. Breakfast was delicioso! If you're looking for a magical place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle, this is definitely one of those places. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I don’t often review things, but considering the time I personally spent looking for the right resort in Punta Cana, I thought I would take the time. This was my first time to Punta Cana and it was amazing. I’m so glad we chose the family selection. It was well worth paying a little more for the bonuses that come along with it. Everything is brand new. The rooms were perfect and incredibly clean. We were right near the family pool and the ocean. The food was fantastic and so was the staff. The highlight for us really came from our concierge Juan. Juan was such a bright spot from beginning to end. He made check in seamless and enjoyable. He checked in on us each day and booked all of our dinners. We were also invited to an Expedia dinner unexpectedly by the pool, where they gave us gifts. There was no pressure to purchase things or book events etc. I just have nothing but positive things to say. I don’t know how anyone could complain. If you have the opportunity, request Juan as your “butler”. He is fantastic and went above and beyond.

Exceptional service, staff were very attentive and helpful in any way possible. Beautiful and tranquil spot. Room was beautifully decorated and view from the balcony was truly amazing especially dining sunrise.
