Everybody was so kind!! Excellent customer service!! The food was amazing!! Thanks to morillo, Orlando and Santa at the buffet! Javier was awesome tooo he made sure I always had a drink in my hand at the beach!!

This is our third time staying here & we would go back again. The beach is expansive, with lots of palm trees so there's always as much sun or shade as you'd want & lounge chairs are never an issue. The staff are so friendly & accomodating. There is a wonderful variety of delicious food...(I love fish, & there was always a different selection of freshly grilled seafood everyday). Instead of lots of loud music on the beach, you'll relax to the sound of the waves, punctuated by the friendly staff offereng to deliver a cool drink. We love it!

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and most spoke English Beautiful beaches and pools. Need more bars & food options on the beach, and they need to stay open later.

Chezisabelle needs to let people know about the cheese cart when you first sit down. Room refrigerator leaks water, ac leaks water in front of sink, ac blower fan is noisy, closet light keeps turning out (motion light) if your standing in there for few minutes Alcohol in bottle is not what’s on the bottle label. Restaurants need to show what’s open by date not just that day. Martini bartenders not very friendly. It’s like you’re bothering them when you ask for a drink. Overall stay at el Carmen not what was expected for excellence. Excellence Punta Cana was much better
