"Many problems, I had to call for shower towels everyday. One day,called to come and clean my room. Outlets for some reason didn't charge our phones. Problem with dinner reservations. Problem with the van for pick up at 5pm. Not happy at all."

"Assistant Carlos - I asked to make restaurant reservations for 6-7pm, we are 2 little kids, like 3 weeks before arriving, somehow he scheduled for 7:45, 8:45 etc. Rooms are old, wet inside, ACs leaking, 2 times issues with safebox. Need restoration. Staff do not speaking minimum English language. For the same amount of money, we had much better experience in another Punta Cana hotel."
