"The hotel was beautiful and well kept, the weather was a bit off, but we made the best of the trip although it did rain quite frequently. Something that didn’t sit well with me was the amount of beach that they provide. There is a very small section where we can get into the ocean and all there was around us were catamarans. It was definitely very annoying and we had to go to different beaches in order to experience very clear waters. Please be aware that the swimming area in the ocean is very limiting. This was something that was very important to me, but I guess I just didn’t do my research extensively other than that I was treated with a lot of respect and the staff was relatively friendly."

"Rooms need to be renovated hooks are falling off the wall. There is no streaming on their TV with limited channels no movies to even purchase no nightlife no interaction with the staff during the day as far as bingo games or events sanctuary town used to be part of the unlimited, and now it’s à la carte, which should be expressed before you go there they were kind enough to acknowledge that, but it should be specified before you go limited places to eat. Rooms are beyond basic and need a renovation furniture stained. I have been there on two previous occasions, and since Marriott took over it is not good would not recommend this. "

"The property is new and in the middle of nowhere. The room smelled like mildew and it has a dangerous path to cross the major street to get to the restaurant and grocery store. The king bed was on the floor. Construction was everywhere and it appeared to be unsafe for the guests. The workers were sleeping in the undeveloped building next to the hotel. Several times we could see them looking into the guest rooms."
