Amazing!!!

Staff was incredible and the hotel was gorgeous! They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible and will even book tours, etc. on your behalf! It made getting around the city so much more stress free!

Nice appereance and concept, the price is high for what is offered. Some things to mention: lobby without AC, being near the ocean needs a lot of maintenance one can see rust in several places, I had to ask to reconfigure my key card two of the three mornings, because it didn’t worked, when I asked to check out later, one person (apparently shift responsible) without even checking told me there was no way to do it, meanwhile the person checking the system was saying that was possible, very disappointing situation. I had to remind them to cancel the not used deposit.

Me fascinó el hotel ! El personal te recibe con mucha amabilidad, todos son muy cordiales y lindos. El lugar es muy limpio y ordenado. La habitación con vista al océano es mágica! Cada detalle lo hace único, la alberca tiene algo en especial, es muy linda. El desayuno y comida estuvieron muy bien, muy rico. Recomiendo mucho el lugar ! La zona es segura y está cerca de plazas y del malecón.

Detalles

Aunque la pasamos muy bien y fuimos muy bien atendidos, me parece que hay detalles que se tienen que cuidar, problemas de temperatura constante en regadera, colchón que urgía un cambio, falta de limpieza notoria en la salida del aire acondicionado y tumbonas que se puedan usar para ambos propósitos, acostados para arriba y para abajo.
