"We stayed in two premium king rooms. They were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel offers a bunch of beneficial services that they don't really advertise. They have paddle boards available to use for no fee. They can facilitate tours or a golf cart rental. They offer filtered water in the shared kitchen. They have an included continental breakfast. All the staff was very friendly and eager to help. We had a shared balcony that looked out over Palapa Bar towards the ocean and the reef. The rooftop bar was a nice spot to relax, though the available seat fill up fast. The only negative we experienced isn't something the hotel can control. The building is at an intersection with several hotels right there and the Palapa Bar. It's busy and can get a little loud. During the day there are golf carts going by frequently. In the evening, live music drofts over from the bar. We did have one occurrence of people down on the street making a bunch of noise at 4am. They quieted down pretty quickly but not before waking us up. Not something I'm willing to knock a star off for, considering it's out of the hotels control."

"Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Pool area was not very busy and we enjoyed the boat ride to the private beach. We liked that the resort was close enough to town but quiet at night where we can sleep peacefully. "

"First of the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, their communication was next level (shout out to Tais, who even decorated my daughter’s bedroom when she found out it was her birthday!) My view was amazing (obviously I booked an oceanview, beachfront room) steps from the beach. There’s an on site restaurant which is convenient (though don’t choose menu online as inaccurate as we’re open/close times) as well as another right next door. There is a *great* coffee/breakfast/grocery place 1 min walk away - but it’s pricey. Pool is nice, very clean. Very close to bridge with golf cart. Would recommend. "
