"We stayed in a triple room, which was 2 rooms with a small hallway in between, a lovely layout. Lots of natural light, huge bathroom, overall a pleasant surprise. Yes, the beds/mattresses were basic, the decor a little dated but fully functional. Water pressure is excellent. The floors were amazing with natural hardwood, the real thing. It was once elegantly decorated and not cheap. Now it's still okay. Skip the food at the hotel, it's not worth the money. If you absolutely have to eat breakfast, opt for a "coffee with toast" version. We went to the beach (a few steps literally) and had an amazing coffee with pincho, cheaper than the breakfast at the hotel. Overall - great value for money. The wifi works better on the main floor."

"This is a lovely place in a delightful setting. Marta, the host, is excellent and efficient and very pleasant. It's a very nice place. The only small downside is the front door to house, which bangs quite loudly and can be quite disturbing- so the pressure setting on the door closer needs adjusting. The beds were made and room made up every day - which was nice to come back to."

"Online listing location is COMPLETELY WRONG! Owner knows this and has not remediated the situation. Map pin shows up as in town in Ursurbil. Property is actually several km out of town and shows up in Google Maps as "Casa Rural Ibarrola Txiki". Owner send us a direct WhatsApp inside 24hrs to arrival time, rather than any communications through booking systems. Didn’t see the message from an unknown sender (looked like spam) and spent 1.5hrs driving around in the dark trying to find the property. Not impressed."
