"The staff couldn’t do enough for us - from start to finish they were brilliant. The hotel is very pretty and the room was great. If you are a light sleeper be aware that some rooms are on the ground floor near reception so can get noisy from 7am when breakfast starts."

"The property is in excellent condition very comfortable and modern. However, the reason I don't give 5 stars to everything is because I have a problem taking the baggage up from the entrance by trying to use the platform lifter. I tried to follow the instructions but they were confused , so at the end I have to do it by using the stair but I have a mobility rest There is nobody around to help you sort out I run out of battery on my phone so I was unable to get entrance until I found someone to help charging my phone"

"This was the second time we came to this hotel, we went last year as well and again, had a great time! I noticed some differences in friendliness from the staff, they were even more friendly and helpful compared to last year and also the restaurants felt less crowded and hectic which made the experience even better. Rooms and all public areas are very clean, the food is good and the control of the reserved sunbeds continues to be a plus, a special thank you to Miguel who was the control and always made sure there were beds available for everyone."
