"This was our second stay at the Coach House and John is an excellent host. The property was immaculate and the lovely scones, jam and cream on arrival were a lovely touch. We would highly recommend staying here, it has all the amenities you need for a home-from-home stay and we will certainly be booking again! "

"My wife and I can’t fault our stay at the Roost from the warm welcome to the comfort provided by Kate. This is a gem of cottage in a great location to explore Cornwall. Not forgetting, the online information package which is sent in advance of the stay, it proved very helpful. All in all one of the best cottage stays we have enjoyed."
