Eco Apartment with Mountain Views, Large Garden & Pool

Welcome to our spacious 106 m² apartment in Bodolz. The flat combines natural materials with modern amenities and sustainable energy from a private photovoltaic system and solar technology.



The open-plan living and dining area is filled with light and offers beautiful views of our large garden with various trees and the Alps through large windows. On the partially covered balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun and the peaceful garden atmosphere in the evening. Occasionally, birds nest in the barn opposite. In the garden below, you’ll spot our chickens.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, and two coffee machines. Two bedrooms provide comfort for 4 guests. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. Washing machine and dryer are also available, making longer stays convenient.



You can park directly on the property. Up to three outdoor parking spaces and an additional spot under the carport are available.



For bikes, skis, or sports equipment, there’s a separate storage room in the carport. The apartment is on the second floor and accessible via an external staircase with a private entrance.



You’re welcome to use the large garden, which includes a lovely barbecue area. There are also three bodies of water (pool and small ponds) on the property. Extra care is required with small children; parents are responsible for their children. Pool use is available for an extra fee. The host will explain the pool rules on site.



Use of the garden is at your own risk.



Chickens and cats live on the property. Our rooster may crow occasionally, but the apartment is well soundproofed.
