Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly because of how my concerns were handled by the front desk.
When I arrived, I was told that a room was available for early check-in but would cost €10 per hour. This was not mentioned on the booking page, so I declined and expressed my frustration. To be clear, I am not referring to the additional €7 charge, which I was aware of and had no issue with. After I complained, another receptionist said I could check in without any additional cost.
I checked in at around 1:22pm and turned on the AC because the room was very hot. It did not appear to work, but I assumed it needed time. When I returned around 5pm, the room was even hotter, so I contacted reception.
The female receptionist responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, saying they did not have enough staff and essentially asking what I expected them to do. I did not argue. Later, a member of staff came with a fan and said the AC could not be fixed and that I could not be moved because the hotel was fully booked.
Interestingly, when I checked the hotel’s availability myself, double rooms were still available for that night, which made this explanation difficult to understand.
I also found very long hairs in my towels and bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic.
Technical problems can happen, but the way this situation was handled and the attitude of the staff were unacceptable. I have never experienced this.

Bar and restaurant staff could be a bit more attentive. Outside patio/lobby I experienced an encounter with a mouse and large rat. I mentioned this to one of the front desk managers, not sure if anything was done about this. I was also a bit surprised that I was charge $15 Euro for a one hour late check out. I was pleasantly surprised I was given an early check in after traveling 24 hours.

"Great location. First floor really nice, excellent breakfast, good choices of food. Upstairs, rooms sparse. A topper is placed over the mattress. The mattress is visible, not very hygienic in my opinion. As explained by staff you are sleeping on the topper not on the mattress! Mattress was not covered ..."
