"Great location, lovely staff however, parking was a nightmare. We had a bit of a larger car an Audi six and could not turn this around in the parking lot to get out. I had to back up all the way way too tight of a spot to park cars I can’t imagine if you came in with an SUV."

"From the moment you walk into the hotel, you can immediately see the luxury. The entrance is beautifully designed, with elegant, high-quality furniture, beautiful décor, and plenty of comfortable seating areas. When we arrived, a pianist was playing in the lobby, which added an extra touch of elegance and made the first impression even more special. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. We stayed in a Heritage Room, which included a walk-in wardrobe and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the thoughtful details—there was even a hair straightener, an ironing board and an iron, all neatly hidden behind a small door. We also had the opportunity to try the spa, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautifully maintained, with a lovely indoor pool and two Jacuzzis—one cold and one warm. It was the perfect place to unwind and added another wonderful touch to our stay. Overall, the hotel combines luxury, comfort and attention to detail exceptionally well. From the beautiful lobby and live piano music to the spacious room and excellent spa facilities, it was a truly memorable experience."

"Charming and historic hotel in downtown Killarney. It felt like we were staying on castle grounds despite being right downtown with gardens and quiet escapes. The restaurant and bar are both magnificent and quaint with excellent food and drink. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but with everything you need. Notably without air conditioning for the warmer months. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!"

"Great location Great amenities Superb staff who just wanted to make you feel like you didn't need to worry about anything and at every turn there was someone there to help. Staying at this location perfect and you feel at home and like a sense of family. Unmatched customer service. Great food, great workout facilities and sauna. I can't say anything bad about this lace but I could talk for days about how GLORIOUS this place is. Thanks you so much. We thank you!"
