"Very pleasant reception staff Room overlooked front and marina docks but noisy if windows open. A standard 3 star hotel in a provincial town - perfectly adequate for a night or two. 5 minutes walk from a gem of a restaurant called Musette"

"Very friendly host/owner. The place is a family run hotel. The building itself is an old townhouse along the main road near Cherbourg. No elevator available , as usual for this type of building. Great breakfast and very welcoming."

"We chose and confirmed a room that specified a view of the harbor. This was not a request; this was the description of the room. When we checked in we were told that a harbor view room was not available.Our room had a view of only the backs of some old buildings. In addition. there was a large support column in the middle of the room combined with a sloping ceiling that blocked access to the right side of the bed."

"Very good stay. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Everything is in top condition. We had an excellent dinner in the dining room. Breakfast was good value. We can highly recommend a stay here."

"Comfortable room, unfortunately on loud road which cannot be helped. Spacious bathroom. Large bed. Receptionist did try and get us to pay again but eventually accepted we had paid. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment. Conveniently near several restaurants and large supermarket. "

"In order to close the door, you have to slam it so all you hear is the door is being slammed all day all night. It's noisy. The beds were uncomfortable. There's no water kettle. The only thing good about it. The shower worked pretty good and that's about it."
