"A charming old house with excellent modern facilities. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It is set in a pleasant garden in a small hamlet and is very peaceful. There are plenty of interesting places to visit nearby including some very beautiful Romanesque churches and a remarkable Gallo-Roman site near Talmont. Many thanks to Marie-Claire for a most enjoyable holiday in spite of rather mixed weather."

La piscine est très bien sécurisée pour les enfants.La maison est confortable, bien aménagée, en partie climatisée. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. "Nous avons passé une très bon séjour à Cognac. Il manque sans doute quelques petites choses dans la cuisine pour satisfaire pleinement les convives. Il y a une bonne literie. Je conseille ce logement."

"We had a great week and this house, it’s a fantastic property well equipped for 3 families with 7 children all under the age of 13. The terrace and pool area were perfect for long, lazy lunches in the sunshine. We had a slight issue with the freezer that was dealt very promptly by the helpful and friendly owners. Would definitely recommend this as a place for friends and family for a get together."
