Cute pool area and nice little breakfast! Room had a hard time with card key multiple times, bathroom had some spots and we mostly got a pile of lotion (no soap or shampoo), but overall the stay was nice and the kids had lots of fun.

A little gem in the Gem State!

All-around staff member Joe is a pro at handling curve balls. Her bent over backwards to make sure that a significant issue with my booking affected me as little as possible and that my stay was pleasant. My room was cute and comfortable. Airport Inn is a little gem in the Gem State!

Staff was friendly. Property is rather seedy, with derelict vehicles and discarded appliances lying about. Room was clean, although it smelled like it had only been converted to a "No Smoking" room.

Pros: friendly check-in and check-out, bed was comfortable, air conditioner, breakfast. Needs improvement: outdated furniture, peeling paint, dirty curtains, lots of set-in stains, very low toilets and shower heads, some homeless people around.

I called 2 days prior to our trip to inform the staff that we would be arriving around midnight. When we got there, we were told that Expedia overbooked the hotel. I will say though, that they did help us find a room at a nearby hotel.

The property was messy. Cars were parking in area blocking traffic. Rooms were non-smoking but entirely stained with smoke burns and odor indicated they have been smoked in all the time. Overall, this was a terrible lodging experience.
