"I did enjoy my breakfast. There was an empty lotion container on my nightstand. There was another empty shampoo container in the shower."

"The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite when we arrived. He took time to explain hotel information and amenities. The breakfast could be so much better. The eggs, rounded like the meat patties , looked like they were taken out of a box and put in microwave. Orange juice was literally sour water. I informed the situation to the lady in charge of the breakfast, first thing she said she didn't know why juice was bad and that she was new. She then mentioned some company comes to calibrate the machine and that's how the juice is. I informed the situation to the front desk lady, she went to check the machine, the juice pouch bag in the machine was empty, and she changed it. Probably previous guests were told the same thing, machine is not calibrated correctly and there was no juice in machine. There is also a previous review from another guest regarding the the sour juice. Marriot breakfast is so much better."

"We had a follow-up appointment for an ER visit several days earlier that made us late to do the checkout process, but had already paid for an additional week’s stay at the Oxford. I had trouble finding my card to do the $50 “incidentals” hold, and the staff refused to give me time to look for my card, and canceled my reservation. When I attempted to book a different room for the same day, because my partner was still very sick and I hadn’t been planning on having to move him that day, the manager told me he would not allow us to book into a room for that night. This was all still several hours before check-in time. They created more work for themselves by having to clean our room and lost a week of payment for our additional reservation. My partner was still sick, and so we had been doing very little, and so could not have inconvenienced the staff. I am still at a complete loss as to the reason for this degree of unwillingness to work with us."

"We had a one night stay. Overall the hotel was clean. The parking lot was small due to construction equipment taking up some of it. We weren’t bothered bye the construction as it was Sunday night and Monday was a holiday. If you stay, check with the hotel about the construction."
