Hard to rate, this hotel stay. The 1st shift check in clerk was a very unhappy, unfriendly lady who was not willing to work with us on our issue. Thank goodness the 2nd shift check in clerk was about to start his shift and he intervened and helped us with our issue. He was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Overall, we got a good night's sleep and it was very quiet on the end that we were moved to.

Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in; rooms were clean. Location of this hotel, however, was unfortunate. No easy access from west; had to do a u-turn and go through a gas station to enter property. Road noise from main highway was very loud. Flooring instead of carpet in the rooms made noises from surrounding rooms more prominent and disruptive.

The room was quite clean and has been updated. It was actually pretty quiet too despite being close to the freeway. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast even though I could smell it and it smelled tasty. Check in staff were warm and helpful. Plenty of parking all around the building.

The best part of the 3 day stay was the hot shower. The door was busted. it looked like it had been kicked in. The dead bolt wouldn't engage. I had to pull the door shut when I left for the day or it wouldn't latch. I booked it for a 4 night stay. I finished the job early. When I checked out they said the couldn't give me a revised bill because I had booked through a 3rd party. Expedia. So I contacted them. it will take 72 hours to see if they will refund the over charge. Sounds like a scam to me. With the technology today you should be able to ask AI to update the bill. All in all it worked for a place to stay for work. Though I wouldn't stay there again.
