MALU LANI Inn & Marina "Pelicans Porch" Unit 4

The Malu Lani Inn & Marina is quintessential "Old Florida" at its best!

"Pelican Porch" (Unit 4) is one of four fully furnished, 800 sq ft, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments with a full kitchen with all the amenities of home. This apartment is on the 2nd level (left side) with a balcony and has beautiful waterfront views of a Pirates Cove. All units are exceptionally clean and well-maintained spaces. Each unit includes a boat slip, use of the on-site boat ramp and trailer parking.

We pay attention to details, this is NOT a "fish camp" but, we do host a lot of anglers and their boats. A large portion of our business consists of returning guests because are our Inn is truly second to none here on Pine Island...location, location, location! Being on the northern tip of Pine island allows for quick and easy access to all the boating and fishing hot spots!

When you’re not out on the water, it’s easy to relax on our beautiful grounds. We also have deeded access to the sandy shoreline of Charlotte Harbor (across the street) which is a wonderful spot to get your feet in the sand and enjoy Florida's second largest bay and estuary.

Other things to note:
When full or near capacity our available parking can be limited.
At times we can only accommodate 1 vehicle and boat trailer per apartment. We are limited by trailer length as well, so please double check with us so we can assist you in making further parking arrangements if needed at Four Winds Marina (2 blocks away).
Boat ramp opening is 9’ wide.
