BIC is a premier condo complex that is very tropical. Each unit overlooks gardens and palms. The property is bordered on the North my Charlotte Harbor and on the South with Jug Creek. 2 large pools, boat launch, all new fishing pier to watch the sunsets, fish or watch dolphins & under unit parking. 3 bikes, 2 kayaks with wheels, cooler and full Kitchen w blender, Keurig coffee pot & more.
