The space

Our two bedroom apartment is ideal place to relax from the chaotic city life. Situated in a quiet area and yet close by to every point of importance in a city of Bol.

Two-bedroom apartment is excellently located in a quiet area in Put Cempresa among pines and only 150 meters from the nearest beach. Both center of Bol and Zlatni Rat Beach can be reached easily by a walk or by bike along the sea promenade. It is a 5-minute walk from Borak beach which is very popular by kitesurfers and windsurfers, a 10-15 minute walk from city center and a 15-20 minute walk from Zlatni Rat. The nearest mini-market is only 20 meters from the apartment.
It has a bright south facing air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and sitting place with four chairs. In case that there is need we provide an extra bed. The room opens onto the lovely terrace. Another bedroom has two single beds.

Well-equipped kitchen is connected to the north terrace.
The bathroom with shower is freshly renovated.
Private parking in the garden is provided.

Hostess lives in another apartment and she is available most of the time throughout your stay. Contact details will be given during check in.

The security deposit of 200€ is charged on arrival and is fully refunded upon departure, unless there are charges in case of damage or loss to the property during your stay. In this case that charge will be deducted from the security deposit and the difference refunded to you.

Guest access

Guests have access to barbecue, which is shared between two apartments.

Other things to note
House consists of two apartments, placed next to each other. Each apartment have its own terrace.
