"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "Great location with convenient access to cinque terre. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the train station and to the town/beach. Whenever we called they were prompt in picking us up. Rooms were spacious, pool feels like a resort, breakfast fantastic. Would definitely recommend."
