"Hotel was spotlessly clean, and in a greatly great location. Parking was ok, they have a small carpark, which they made very clear before coming, but a lot of gusts arrive by other means. The food was really good, and staff very helpful. The reception was always very busy, they seem to put a lot on the team there. The steam room and sauna were not working and pool was tiny, incredibly busy, and a little dirty."
"All very good even the price!!!! The receptionist amazing, good job!!!! Professional, kind, smiling, friendly…..the pool and the gym also nice and included in the price of the room!Amazing!
Maybe need more selection of good spirits in the bar ( no tequila)!
Thank you everyone! "
"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."
