Overall, a very good and pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, well located, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional. The only disappointment was that I was unable to enjoy the sauna and steam room during my stay.
Despite the excellent cleanliness, I would suggest replacing the bedroom carpet and improving the pillows for greater comfort.

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable.
My only concerns were that the AC in one of the bedrooms was not working, and the room became quite hot. When I contacted the hotel, I was told they were already aware of the issue. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t let me know in advance or leave a fan in the room, especially since they knew the AC wasn’t working.
Also, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a family of four, which wasn’t enough for our stay, and we had to purchase more ourselves.
Aside from these issues, we really enjoyed the apartment. It was beautiful, very clean, and in an excellent location.
