She was very rude and was at the counter for all of my interactions which were several. I checked in and my husband gathered our luggage. He was suspicious already by the persons he saw in the parking lot and entering the building through other doors. The maid almost ran me Down with the cart at the elevator. Our key did not work so they came to change the reader battery and room was occupied. My husband now decided we could not stay. Our safety was more important than the money we would lose so we checked back out and went to another hotel."
