"The overall condition of the hotel was poor, dirty and outdated. The 2 exceptions to this were the rooms and the breakfast area. The staff was courtious. (though pretty hard to understand). Venita (the breakfast cook/server) is AMAZING and so kind. She made it a point to talk to everyone that came in for breakfast. If I could give her an 11 I would."

"The lady at check in was rude, told me I should’ve canceled my stay if I didn’t know if I was coming it was raining really bad that day and we had a late check in. Soon as we got up to our room and unpacked we got a call from front desk that someone complained about noise in the room it was me and my 3 Children ages 8,9 &12 we had literally done nothing but unpack our suitcases not sure why there was a complaint to begin with."

"I liked it was very clean and staff was very nice, but the pool was a bit disappointing because it was very small and there was no temperature control in it. Like it was an afterthought. I got in for a few minutes but it never got comfortable. Breakfast was meh, but I’m always grateful for included food in a stay somewhere."

"We arrived to no one at the front desk and a friend of a worker loitering at the counter, I thought checking in also. She was very rude and was at the counter for all of my interactions which were several. I checked in and my husband gathered our luggage. He was suspicious already by the persons he saw in the parking lot and entering the building through other doors. The maid almost ran me Down with the cart at the elevator. Our key did not work so they came to change the reader battery and room was occupied. My husband now decided we could not stay. Our safety was more important than the money we would lose so we checked back out and went to another hotel."
