"Water pressure in shower was nearly coming out and remote to tv was bad!Room just seemed like it needs a upgrade "

"The staff was really nice, the airport shuttle was extremely easy to use, and the room was comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit loud and the bathroom was pretty small but neither were a big issue to me."

"Nick and others who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The only negative was not the hotel's staff, but the contracted airport shuttle driver was very rude, he complained about too many suitcases and made a comment "this is a lot of money.", I did not understand the comment at the time but later figured out he was talking about his tip. He put one couple out at gate B who needed gate A. He roughly tossed our suitcases out of the van and then sneered at ten dollar tip like it was not enough. He was also aggressive driving, tailgating, and honking at a car in front of him. 4/3/2026"

"Overall a good stay, staff were very helpful, room was overall very clean. The only thing that felt unclean was the ceiling it was covered with dust clumps from the air-conditioner blowing on it. Some of the furniture showed it getting worn out, but they kept everything clean. Breakfast has a great selection early in the morning, but on the later end of breakfast it didn't seem they refreshed their breakfast supply. "
