Fantastic
Excellent apartment. The location was within walking distance of everything. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed, good a c, good shower, well equipped & great terrace. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This was the biggest room I've had on my 3 city tour... Wonderful terrace. Very close to restuarants and the city center. Great place to stay!!

The location is fantastic as a base for walking around Bologna and we enjoyed it throughly as a family with a 3 year old daugther and a 7 year old son. They were extremely helpful and responded blazingly fast.

Nice stay in the heart of Bologna
Stayed for 3 nights in February, overall enjoyed the property. Positives: - Great central location, 5-10 min walk to the Two Towers and other sites. - Plenty of coffee, dinner and drink spots nearby. - Great service on arrival. - Reasonably Priced. - Nice (shared) terrace to relax on. - Large double bed. Negatives: - Shower stuck on lowest height (had to take it off and hold to use). - Unpleasant smell in bathroom when we'd been out all day. - Very loud neighbours late one night

A Gem in the Ghetto
A Gem in the Ghetto It was quite an experience living in Studio Vita. A homey and spacious feel right at the heart of Bologna. Valerio was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely maintained. It’s like living in a home away from home! Strategic location gives you walking access to the train station, some cool restaurants, Bologna’s landmarks and some cool shops!

Perfect location for being able to spend all day out exploring the city. Many restaurants and gelato and morning coffee nearby. Communication very quick through WhatsApp.

Property was beautiful, excellent view from balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen was well supplied. Plumbing was a bit old and would clog easily. Balcony was shared with other guests, with tables only a few short metres away from the door.

Great airbnb. This would be a great long term rental. Well equipped kitchen. The decor made it seem almost hostel-like though. I cancelled a 4 star hotel at almost the same price to stay here because the location was a bit better. If they made a bit of an effort on interior design, it would be the best stay in Bologna.

Giro Trip!
I had a great stay at the apartments, I really enjoyed the experience. The location is very handy and having the kitchen was useful. I felt more part of the city than if I had stayed in a hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. I hope to return some day.

An amazing apartment!
A great apartment, it had everything we needed. If it hadn’t been recently decorated/fitted out it certainly felt like it. Beautiful bright living and dining room. Super kitchen. And a great big bed! When we visit Bologna again (as we loved it so much) we will stay here as it was absolutely perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the city itself is an absolute jem. We had flown in to Pisa and spent a night, then two days in Florence and finally ended up in Bologna - and by far our best experience was the Apartment and Bologna. When we return we will use it as a base to go explore other towns and villages. As it’s located half way between the centre of the city and the train station. Some excellent restaurants located in the vicinity too. We couldn’t fault this place.

Checking in, welcome and information provided before and during our stay was all extremely efficient and all the staff we met were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is very central for access to the centre of town and good restaurants are a short walk away. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need for a short stay in a very interesting and lovely city.

Great apartment.
Very welcoming staff. Clean, modern and comfortable. The head office is a short walk away but that posed no issues for us as they were present when we arrived to welcome us and let us in. We were travelling with an 8-month old and they were more than accommodating. Apartment is located a close walking distance to the main areas. Loved our stay.

Great apartment
The apartment is large and roomy and was spotlessly clean. It is a short walk to the old city centre and there are loads of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes stroll. The only negative I have is that we kept getting a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen and the toilet. There was no obvious source that I could find and it came and went.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that opened out onto the terrace. Staff friendly and very helpful, spoke very good English. Apartment was well equipped, kitchen new and modern with everything you would expect. Washing up liquid, small amount of tea, coffee and sugar provided. Bottle of water in the fridge. Spacious bathroom, good shower. Washing machine also available with a small amount of washing powder. Comfy bed, good storage. Air conditioning. The apartment is in a fantastic location. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants very close. 5 minute walk to the two towers and centre of everything. Good recommendations in apartment info for local restaurants, tried several - all very good. Would not hesitate in recommending these apartments.

Misleading photos, no terrace, dusty interior
Had high hopes from the pics showing the terrace. Needless to say when we arrived we were informed not all the apartments had these. The place was dusty, not particularly clean or well maintained. Door handles falling off etc. We had no water from 10am-2pm on one day only being told the day we arrived. Not ideal with a baby. Good location. Spacious. Didn’t make up for the failings. Wouldn’t stay again

Fabulous stay in Bologna
We had a fabulous time in Bologna and our stay was made even better by staying at the fabulous Residence Via Apartments. Andrea and his family went out of their way to make our stay a success. The weather was fabulous and we had a great time on the roof top terrace.

Apartment in a very easy location with a good choice of local restaurants on the doorstep. Easy walk into city centre. Nice terrace which enjoys the sun. Very little traffic noise.

This apartment was very spacious! The kitchen came with all the necessities and was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the the bathroom was clean with very hot water! A plus in the cold winter. Five girls shared this apartment and the water never ran cold. The apartment was very clean and the check-in/check-out process went very smoothly. Checkout time was at 10am and we were allowed to store our luggage and excess baggage in the office. The gentleman even called cabs for us since the weather wasn't so nice getting back to the train station. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay
Spacious,clean apartment. Very comfortable stay. Amazing terrace area-quiet and private. Location was brilliant- short walk to all landmarks, restaurants, shops etc. Good, attentive service on reception. Highly recommended.

Everything we needed in a perfect location!
We usually eat out everyday whilst on holiday but the apartment had everything we needed to make pasta meals a few of the nights - delicious Italian Sausage salsiccia !! All the sights are just a short walk away and the apartments are about 20 minutes walk from the train station. Would definitely look at booking here again. :)

Nice Stay in Bologna
The office stayed open for us until 7:30pm as they close at 7:00pm. They are super nice and give you maps and information. We just needed a place to stay for 3 people for one night in Bologna. Wifi was fast, beds were decent, but wasn't sure if I was getting bit in bed by bugs, but ended up sleeping on top of the sheets. Woke up and, unfortunately I did find two small bugs in the bed. My wife said she didn't see or felt anything. Kitchenette and bathroom were decent. They have a nice desk and seating in the main area. The communal balcony was awesome and a great view of the bell tower.

Spacious apartment for a family stay in Bologna
We stayed here for a long weekend. It has a fantastic location very close to the twin towers and all of the shops / restaurants. The Room had very effective AC which allowed us to return for a refresh during the day (it was 36C outside). The welcome was good and access to the room very easy. It is in a ZNF (no drive zone) so we parked in the Piazza 8th July Carpark.
