During winter time only the heating system is turned on and it is possible to regulate the room temperature through the thermostat in the room or by switching the fan completely off. From the day before yesterday night the A/C is on.I do hope we may look forward to welcoming you back to Starhotels Excelsior on many more occasions in the future.With all good wishes,
