"We’ve never stayed at a Social Hub before and enjoyed the entire vibe. The reception area was great and very informal. Loved our room and the pool area was spectacular. Would definitely return and can’t wait to try this hotel in another city! Live music and dancing in the pool area one night. Very ‘social’ place Close to train station and very reasonable price. We could easily walk to the city center and we are both in our mid 60’s. Read their story provided in a book in the room and you will be impressed. Thanks for a great visit to Bologna."

"This is a really lovely hotel in the center of Bologna. I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed my stay. It is right off the main square and close to everything. The staff are phenomenal and the breakfast was really good. Despite what you normally get in Europe. I cannot recommend this high enough."

"Je trouve cette situation tout à fait anormale. Lors de ma réservation, il m’a été confirmé que le stationnement était gratuit et que des places gratuites étaient disponibles pour les clients de l’hôtel. Or, à mon arrivée, on m’a demandé de payer le stationnement. Si le stationnement était annoncé comme gratuit et qu’il m’a été confirmé comme tel, je ne comprends pas pourquoi des frais m’ont été facturés. Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir retirer ces frais ou, s’ils ont déjà été payés, de me les rembourser. Je vous remercie de corriger cette situation."

"Description online on the breakfast wasn't the most clear, it said it was "available", but when we went downstairs they said it was only if we paid extra. The front desk staff were helpful though 🙂"

"Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt."

"Quiet location 15 min walk from the central train station. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. We had an issue with one of the rooms but this was resolved quickly and an alternative room offered. Good breakfast and also had a nice meal here. Underground garage was an advantage with ability to book our space for a small fee."
