Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Cancelled the day I was to arrive. Only informed me of a problem after I contacted host. Since host did not reach out to me on his own, he was presumably waiting until I arrived in Bologna to tell me he was moving me to a different apartment outside city center.
