"I did not even check in. Standing in line for an hour and no check in service provided. Never attended to and property was not what was advertised at all. 2 sets of customers ahead of us in line were turning in their key cards to either leave a day early or to check out immediately due to uncleaniness complaint and room that reaked of smoke. Total disaster. Wish I never booked and they refused to refund or cancel my booking after registering my complaints with Hotels.com. Pictures online are not an accurate representation of actual conditions on the ground today and hardly could be considered a "conference center." "

"I booked this through Hotels.com with a 24 hour cancellation policy. I got to the room, and the shower had mold in it and the bathroom smelled like smoke. I was paying over $500 a night for this room. The parking lot is in poor condition, and honestly the outdoor area does not feel very safe. Once I saw the room, I went downstairs and said that I could not stay the second night. They told me to contact Hotels.com, which I did, and Hotels.com then called the hotel. They said they would refund my second night. I left the next day, and then I was charged for two nights. I just got off the phone with the manager from the hotel, and he refused to refund my money even though La Quinta and Hotels.com said it would be. He would not listen to a word I said. I would not stay here under any circumstance due to the room condition and due to hotel management."

"This was a very bare bones hotel. The hallways are totally bare without even a sign to tell you which way your room number is. The towels are terrible (small, rough), the tv is outdated and has a blurry picture. There was no hot water at night (it was back in the morning). The good thing is that it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. They also gave you large bottles of water and snacks and coffee in the morning. "

"Good location. But be aware, their breakfast is nothing fancy especially not free. We ordered all you can eat breakfast for $15. So called hot food options are scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes. Another thing is shower water seems low on pressure, not a great relax after long drive day."

"Room, beds and linens were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good. I had a discounted price plus it was a Monday night so price point was excellent for me."

"Room, bathroom and beds were clean. There was a TV, coffee maker, and maybe other stuff -- all of which we did not use, so can't comment. There is a free parking lot outside. The hotel also features a free breakfast. They had 4 hots items, milk, coffee, DIY waffles, yoghurt and other items. Very decent. Both shifts of staff at the reception was friendly and helped us with some Q&A about the area and the hotel. Would stay here again."
