Woolworths and pharmacy is a short 5min walk down the road which made things super convenient. The staff are very friendly and notified us when our room was ready for check in. "We stayed in a standard king room 1 night and then the executive room for 3 nights. We had to check out and check back in. The stansard room was nice but small. Neither rooms had a dining area. When checking into second room they never moved the bags and the concierge was not very informative. The air con didn't work so after wasting about 4 hours had to move rooms. The executive lounge was great and the staff friendly but the executive room apart from a balcony was not that great. On our last day they stopped our card access so we couldn't get back into our room. The overall service was poor."
