"This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. We had great time, although I did have to get used to different stove top. One thing missing was pans that worked with induction since need to be magnetic. But we liked the place and would look to stay again. Malibu not far and drive thru hills was great to when daughter wasn't playing "

"My kids and I needed a place to stay for about a week while we were in the middle of a move. The property was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed, and more. The property was very clean and newly renovated with new amenities all throughout. My kids and I were able to go about our daily routine without any additional stresses knowing we had a place to come home to that felt like a temporary home away from home. The washer/dryer in unit was a MASSIVE convenience. TVs in both rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you can ask for. My kids had a blast. It was a fun "adventure" as they enjoyed exploring and hiking all around. The fire pit and patio table were also a fun treat at the end of the day. The property owner is very kind and accommodating. Quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. If we need a temporary place again, we will for sure be looking to return. "
