Very old hotel.

Very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the staff seemed confused and had difficulty communicating with each other about my reservation. Already paid in advance did not issue refund either, Even though I had a confirmed reservation, they did not honor it or provide a reasonable solution. I was left without a room and had to find and pay for another hotel somewhere else. The entire situation was stressful, inconvenient, and handled very poorly. I would not recommend staying here unless their reservation process and staff communication improve.
