"I enjoyed my stay at the Charming Jem very much! It was decorated adorably and well appointed with any items you could possibly need. Katherine was so easy to communicate with, and a gracious host! There is a grocery store within walking distance that has the best Mexican food, made daily and a tamale stand as well. Friendly neighbors and even my dog made a new friend next door. I would definitely stay again:)"

"We chose this home for it's proximity to Little Italy/Gaslamp Qtr. While it is near, it was not exactly a short walking distance but nothing a quick Uber/Lyft couldn't accommodate! The rental was beautiful, crispy clean with super comfortable beds. The in-unit washer/dryer is very convenient and for the coffee drinkers in our group, the coffee bar was much appreciated!
