Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.



Welcome to one of the most inviting condominiums at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club! This unit is located in building 1 which is closet the beach cross walk and Docs Restaurant.



This studio condo has been tastefully designed to offer the guests privacy, comfort, and all of the pleasures of a Southwest Florida vacation.



The 8th floor lanai has absolutely stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Imperial River, canals, and the lush, tropical landscape of the surrounding Bonita Beach & Bonita Springs. The result is Florida sunshine pouring in the windows by day, and dazzling sunsets by night.



The open floorplan boasts an updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, stone tile backsplash, and upgraded, warm wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to make meal preparation and dining simple.



The living area includes full-sized dining for 4, a leather loveseat, and a wall mounted large screen TV, with cable package. The living area and bedroom are creatively separated by a moveable floor to ceiling shoji screen, so the guest can determine how much to open or close the space.



You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed, and the storage provided in the walk in closet and full-size dresser. There is also a small computer nook in the bedroom where you can do a little work while vacationing - if you absolutely must!



The bathroom has been completely renovated and upgraded with full glass and tile walk in shower, granite counter tops, and upgraded cabinetry.



The fully screened lanai has 2 wicker chairs and side table and overlooks one of the most stunning views you could ever hope to see. Sunshine and water - as far as the eye can see!

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5.



The grills are located across the parking lot behind building 2 and across the parking lot behind building 5.



While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach without any hassle.



Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!



This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.



This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5-building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
