2 wonderful weeks in Bonita Springs

The condo was very comfortable, beautifully furnished and easy to feel at home in. Loved sitting on the lanai overlooking the lake. Easy access to many restaurants and the beach. Hope to return soon!

We stayed 2 weeks. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed comfy. Clean. End unit had plenty of privacy. And deck over looking the pond was a bonus. Spent most mornings out there enjoying our morning coffee.

A wonderful refuge from the cold North

This condo is very welcoming and accommodating. It quickly became our home base as we explored the beaches of Bonita Springs, golfed and dined in an impressive variety of restaurants in the area. Starting our day with coffee on the lovely lanai overlooking the scenic lake visited by many local birds were treasured moments. The decor is beachy, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with any type of cookware and serving pieces that you could possibly need. There are chairs and umbrellas available if you opt for a day on the beach. We hope to return next year

A very nice condo, in a unique location.

Right next to a lake and a Florida wildlife preserve. The views from the condo were quite scenic, and the rockers in the lanai made for super relaxation.

Amazing Property

As soon as we walked in, the place smelled clean and fresh. Irina was a great host and as VRBO owners ourselves, we appreciated her communication. The location as an end unit was very quiet with a great water view and a lot of very nice neighbors. It's well appointed and very homey. The location is very close to the beaches and great restaurants. We will definitely stay there again the next time were in the area.

Our second return to Paradise

Sweet little spot

We loved staying at this sweet condo. The lake view was pretty and peaceful , and we enjoyed watching the bird life. The location was just right...close enough to the beaches, and easy access to 41 making it convenient to get to Naples, Fort Meyers, grocery, and shopping of all sorts. The property owners, Irina and Marc, were quick to respond to any concerns we had. The condo itself was very nicely appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed. All in all, we hope to return.

Perfect

We just arrived home from a weeks stay at this Bonita Springs condo. We have been renting yearly for the last five years in the Naples/Bonita Springs area and this by far was our favorite rental. The condo was clean, decorated nicely with all the amenities of home. The screened in lanai was so relaxing as well as the community pool. Beaches, restaurants and shopping were within 5-10 minute drive. A big plus for us were the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers that were provided. Irina our host was attentive by sending a welcome email with condo information and also responded quickly when we contacted her. Thank you!!
