If you are looking for a tidy place to sleep, this motel was ok. It was within biking distance to Bonita Springs beach. The plug in scented oil was nearly unbearable. The windows could not be opened because the garbage bin was right outside. The sheets were patterned polyester and not crisp or fresh feeling. This self check in hotel has multiple issues. We weren’t able to cancel the 2nd night, despite a strong reaction to the scent. The manager’s conflict strategy was to not get back to us. The wifi password was incorrectly posted on the door and we had to guess a combination of things to finally get it. The front ‘water view’ has a leaning deck that did not make us feel confident. Additionally two of the bikes for guest use had flat tires. The parking was extremely limited and tight. The largest factor guests need to be aware of is that the motel is directly roadside. The pictures vastly over represent this property. If you had an issue getting in to this property, I would also worry about the lack of responsivness.

Laid back little hotel squeezed into a tiny space between an excellent restaurant, another commercial property and the intracostal waterway. Our room was on the end closest to the street and a bit noisy, The hotel offers a nice continental breakfast daily and the use of bikes, kayaks, stand up paddleboard, and a huge hot tub/spa. They provide beach towels but if you want fresh linens you need to request that service. We were only there two nights and did not miss the linen service. Restaurant next door is excellent and other good choices are within walking or biking distance. Publix is about 1.5 miles up the street. Beach is about the same distance in the opposite direction. Would stay again.

We loved our stay here! The place has a very limited amount of rooms so it’s not crowded or noisy. They have Kayaks, a paddle board, and bikes you can use. We especially loved how clean and beachy decorated the room was. It was decorated like everything in the room was bought especially for that room. Very unique.

Expedia needs to make clear that this satellite property is self check-in, including uploading a driver's license photo, very old, poorly maintained, sparsely furnished, and with outdoor (in all weather) breakfast that doesn't begin until 8:30. Calling it a resort is very misleading.

Excellent place, very clean and comfortable room with an amazing view, I would only suggest to improve the breakfast, some scrambled eggs and bacon in addition to what they already have it wouldn’t be a bad idea

Good location older facility thin walls and windows which makes road noise unbearable. Parking is very limited and you have to back out into a divided 4 lane road to get out of a parking spot if you are able to park in one of the 5-6 spots

It’s our second stay at this property and we were quite disappointed this time. When we checked in the room, we noticed some weird pieces of dirt spread around one of the nightstands as well as on the floor. The bathroom had unpleasant smell. The nails holding the bathroom door hang were coming off.. The bathroom tap water pressure was extremely low. One of the beach towels had brown stains. The garbage bin in the coffee corner was broken. In addition, the provided blanket wasn’t warm enough and there was no extra blanket that you would normally find in the hotel room, there was no one in the reception area at that time to ask for it, so our night was rather uncomfortable. I took all the photos as a proof. Overall, this is definitely not what you expect from a place that costs almost $200 per night!

Place is on very noisy road. It's not a Hotel! It's cheap motel. Don't expect anything fancy,room smells like Pine sol !!! I don't even know where to start:( Wallas paper thin, you can hear people from at least 3 rooms around. Sticky floor. I will not recommend it to book here to anyone!

We were unable to stay due to no handicap and overall no parking spots available specifically only 3 cars could fit and overflow parking was available a block and a half away. Informed the hotel phone number due to “self check-in” and was still charged for my stay.

Nice rooms in a great location right on the water. A nice plus was having kayaks available to explore the bay with, then come back and relax in the hot tub. Other than the cleaning staff who also put out the breakfast food, there's no staff on the premises - check-in and check-out are contactless. The showers don't have a full wall between them and the rest of the bathroom, so the bathroom floor tends to get a little wet. Parking is tight, but we all fit.

The overall property layout and location was great. Unfortunately, we never received the check-in information like promised in our initial booking confirmation. It is a self-check in so we waited and received nothing and finally had to call the headquarters the day we were supposed to check in. We had written ahead to pay extra for early check in and it was said that those forms would be sent early as well and they were not so our travel plans had to change as a result. After calling, we were then sent the email as promised with our room number, but no code was given to unlock our room door. So with no staff available on site we didn’t know how to get into our room. Eventually we stopped another guest and asked if they were given the door code in their email and they had. We showed them our email and they said their email had an extra point of information to explain the code. This helped us guess what our code would be and we eventually got into our room. Lastly, our room was closest to the road and it sounded like we were sleeping in the middle of a highway. It was extremely difficult to sleep with all the noise since the place has no sound insulation between rooms or to the outside.

Cozy beach stay
Nice beach stay. Situated between Ft Myers and Naples made it a lovely getaway, patio was magical, and hot tub was a plus. Being on a busy road was a downside and parking took some adjusting to but overall I loved the amenities, vibe, and easy check in. I’d stay again.

Our sink had no running water. They fixed and installed the hot on the wrong side. The deck boards are so old with splinters and screws sticking up. Several of the lights did not work.

The property was nice and clean. The major problem is it has only 5 parking places for a complex that has a least 10 or so units. They said there is overflow parking east of the restaurant that is next door. It's only 1 1/2 blocks away and I wouldn't trust leaving my car there. It's a dimly lit gravel parking lot. Can't park at the restaurant either. Three out four nights we couldn't park at our unit. Unless they can give you a designated parking place and limit this place to five rentals at a time I would look elsewhere. Only other problem we had was the bathroom sink was plugged when we got there.

Charming little canal side hotel. Availability of kayak & paddleboat for loan at no additional cost was a very pleasant surprise. Lovely outdoor space and sun deck w/fire pit. Experienced absolutely no issues but no staff on site except daily cleaning staff midday.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and clean. There's a pretty good restaurant right next door and the walk to the beach isn't bad. We definitely recommend this stay!

DO NOT BOOK THIS "HOTEL"
It's a road side motel instead of an 4 star boutique hotel. The building is right by a busy road with 5 tiny parking lot. I booked a room with a private deck, I didn't know it was going to be on a top of a smelly restaurant kitchen. The edge of the tiles at the bathroom was not finished, also the bathroom was very small. There was a locked door that had connection to the other room, you could literally hear everything what other guests was up to. The door leading into the apartment was very dirty. The bed looked nice but we decided not to stay there overnight as it just didn't feel a safe option. We also had difficulty to check in. There is no-one on site and when I called the customer service they hang the phone up on me or just pretended not to understand what I was asking. I shared my concerns and opinion with the hotel before leaving this review but there was no response from them at all. So overall: it was a well wasted time and money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Management is arrogant, not open to feedback
