While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful once again and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, and the surrounding area, local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our vacation destination!
Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available. There will be no refunds after arrival because of the aforementioned condition of the condo community.
This newly remodeled Bonita Beach and Tennis studio condominium, located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach will provide a great getaway for anyone who loves the sun, sand and beach! Located in desirable Building 1, it's closest to the beach access than the other building towers on property. The studio enjoys a lovely view of Bonita Beach Park and is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you should need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!
The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .
The living area includes ample seating, including a Lazy Boy powered recliner and queen sleeper sofa; community provided cable is on the TV. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed 3rd floor balcony - which looks toward the Gulf just across the street.
You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size Sleep Number bed freshly made for you with provided linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a walk-in closet to store your belongings.
The full bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and a complimentary in-unit washer/dryer. Bath and beach towels are included during your stay.
The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled and comes with upgraded stainless steel appliances including a double oven, microwave, and refrigerator freezer; cookware, dinnerware and small electrical appliances are provided - including a Keurig coffee maker.
Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.
A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.
Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.
Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is in building 1.
While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.
Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.
