It features 3BR with a king, (2) twins, and full bed, perfect for a family or group of friends. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The villa also offers amenities like an iron, hair dryer, AC, heating, and a fitness room. This property comes with a golf club tenant membership to enjoy the club amentities. 18Hole Par 72 (PGA Qualifier), Tennis, Resort Style Pool, Bocce Ball, Health Club, Pro Shop, Restaurants, & Bars. Tenants can enjoy the golf leagues or tennis leagues that are offered. Located 10min from the beaches, .5mi from upscale shops and restaurants, 15min from RSW airport. All tenants will be required to fill out extra paperwork for the HOA and Golf Club Membership Transfer.

Pets live in the house when it is not rented. Pet hair was on the carpets and linens. Bathrooms were not adequately clean when we arrived. The owners had cleaning service come to clean in response to email contact about the pet hair.VRBO refunded the cleaning fee that we paid. It seems like a misrepresentation regarding pets, would have never rented the property if we knew pets lived in the home. Location was good. Neighborhood was nice. Used the fitness center and driving range. The house itself is spacious.
