With two bedrooms, each with it's own TV, including a queen bed and a sofa bed (with memory foam mattress), it comfortably sleeps 2 but could accommodate up to 4. The immaculate bathroom features a hair dryer for convenience along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kayak right out back or walk to downtown Bonita (1/2 mile) for quaint coffee shops, incredible dining options or live music at the SugarShack! Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet mornings inside, this waterfront cottage provides a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy all that Bonita Springs has to offer when you stay at our place! The property is ATTACHED to the rest of the home under roof but has a completely private entrance and waterfront patio. There is a deadbolt door separating this cottage from the rest of the home. Small kitchenette is similar to a hotel, mini fridge/freezer, keurig machine with K Cups and a mini microwave! Additional single family rental home is also located on this one acre property. We have been in the rental & real estate sales business since 2002, your comfort and space are top priority for us! Please note there is a shared driveway on the property but you will have a designated space. Need to charge your electric vehicle, no problem!
