"Great location right on the beach. Loved the cabana- perfect to get out of sun, have lunch but still right on the beach! One issue was the water pressure was not good for the upstairs large hall bathroom. Also, large king bedroom had a small hallway bathroom rather than its own bathroom connected to bedroom. Other than that it was absolutely beautiful for our family. Kitchen well stocked. Arlan, manager was great! We will try to stay here again! "

"I have stayed at a number of homes on Bonita Beach and there is not a better home that I have stayed at. Looks better in person than the pictures, and the pictures look great. RIght across from the beach and the rear of the property is on the bay with kayaks. Just terrific location. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was terrific. Great house."

"The lower level of the home was under construction when we arrived. We were told by the property manager in October that all would be taken care prior to our arrival. We were not notified of the construction, we just walked into it on our arrival day. We were also asked by the property manager if the construction crew could work on the project while we were there. "Beautiful home- enjoyed our stay !"

"We had a group of ten adults and a baby. The property is in a great location to shops, restaurants and the beach. Several pack and plays and high chairs were available at the property . Both sections of the rental were fairly well stocked. The larger half had a big couch in a large space where we often hung out. The outdoor pool area wasn't fancy but we spent several hours lounging in the pool each day. The ping pong table in the garage was a big hit with my adult sons. It is a comfortable home...
