Overall a very comfortable hotel

Overall a very comfortable hotel. The one thing I disliked is the shower - there is a single volume setting, i.e. just on/off. There should be a way to increase the flow of water.

Good business

It was a business trip so efficiency was vital. The pool was a welcome workout though I wish it had opened earlier in the day. The executive lounge was also a welcome asset after a long day with a little appetite. The staff were always lovely and eager to help.

The hotel is great, but it would be good to have a restaurant on the roof top open for lunch, and also there are no towels in the changing rooms in the pool, you need to get them at the reception, but the lady was not there all the time

The M Lounge was dismal very poor offering. The guestroom AC did not provide any heat. Elevators were a disaster. 2 out of 4 elevators were out intermittently. 17th floor lounge has amazing views. Great service and personel all across the board.

Allerdings eine Mini Bar ohne Inhalt, ein Rezeptionist asiatisch anmutender Herkunft, dessen Deutsch nur gebrochen war und der nach Aushändigung der Zimmerkarte nichts erklärte sondern fragte, ob wir Fragen hätten war etwas schwach. Verwirrende Info zum Frühstück (lt Expedia Mail 29€ pp, vor Ort dann ca 19€ pP?) und kein gutes Rührei, schmeckte wie warmes Gummi. Sonst ok.

Tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf den Rhein. Leider konnte man aber die Fenster nur kippen. Es ist ein gutes vier Sterne Haus. Von der U-Bahn gut erreichbar, und wenn man den Weg weiß, sogar in wenigen Minuten.

Heel ruime, moderne kamer. Alleen kon ik de kamer niet goed verduisteren. De rooftop is heel tof met schitterend zicht op de Rijn, maar je kan best alleen iets gaan drinken. Het restaurant boven is zijn geld niet waard. Heel duur voor zeer bedenkelijke gerechten. Beter elders of beneden iets eten en dan in de bar een cocktail gaan drinken.
