It was very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping malls and bus/tram stations. As a suggestion, it would be really nice if they can provide a bottle of water in the room as a complimentary service.

All in all a lovely weekend away in a nice hotel. On the main it was fine. Continental breakfast was sufficient, room was nice and clean and bar area was fine. But noisy at times maybe due to the hotel location and when the cleaners doing the morning round. Main issue was virtually no English speaking tv channels. Otherwise for general location to city centre and everything else, I’d stay again.

The room and bathroom were very small. No coffe or tea pot in the room. Only 2 paper cups were provided not glass cups. Breakfast area was very crowded and hard to find seats. Limited selections of food. I liked the area close to shops and restaurants/cafes.

The hotel was fine for one night. The room was super small. There was barely enough room to roll the suitcase to the other side of the bed. We were looking forward to having a cocktail at the hotel after an evening of sightseeing but there was no bartender. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

"Motel One" into the blacklist

This Motel is only 24 carparks and some of them are parked by staff car. A ridiculous hotel using a "Motel" name without sufficient carpark provision for client. Asking any other carpark nearby, an Afraican Germany woman in check-in counter replied that it was "None of their business" in a very rude manner. I have put "Motel One" into my blacklist and no more consideration it in future.

I was attending a wedding on the 9th. I arrived at the hotel around 12:00 noon. Next wedding appointment at 13:00 0'clock I needed a shower and change my clothes. The receptionist told me check in starts at 15:00. She said I could wait or come back. As I asked her if I could leave my luggage she said No as long as you haven't checked in. Then I asked if at least there was a place where I could change my clothes. She said : there's a toilette downstairs. So I went there but I had to leave my luggage outside because those toilettes are tiny. I hardly started changing when the ligths went off, so I had to go all the way out (2 doors) and come in again for the lights to swicht on. It lasted about 20 seconds, then lights went off again. I told the same receptionist about the lights. She answered she would call someone to repaire the lights in the Toilettes. Then I waited in front of the reception trying to reach someone to help me solve the problem with my lugagge while some other receptionist were arriving, so I tried to talk to one of them. Meanwhile almost 13:00 o'clock. But the lady from the very beginning took over and she said: NOW we have some rooms free. So I could check in but I was late for my appointment.
