Staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast included in the price of the stay and is excellent. Cheap supermarket right next door, 5 minutes walk from the train and bus to Phantasialand right across the road (only runs once an hour though). Overall excellent hotel

Parking was easy with plenty of space. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Room was standard holiday inn express, perfectly acceptable.
