"Arrivee tardive apres avoir prevenu, mais manifestement ils n'aiment pas. Depart tres tot ( 5h du matin)... ils n'aiment pas non plus... Donc pas de petits dejeuner car trop tot, ce qui est normal, mais ils n'aiment pas... refus de faire la facture, ils reprochent aux vlients le fait d'etre passe par une plateforme et pas par eux directement... hotel avec une atmosphere glauque... bref, a eviter absolument. "Excellent value for money. Hotel is simple, just 28 rooms but comfortable (air conditioning and full bathroom), the buffet breakfast is not fancy but very affordable. Personnel is extremely friendly and helpful, the restaurant is outstanding for dinner al fresco and the quaint Mirepoix historical center is within 5 minutes walk. I had a wonderfdul 3 nights and used the hotel as my base camp to visit Pyrenees and cathare country"

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."

"An outstanding kept and updated property. If you want to spend a few quiet days in an impeccable setting, this is the place! Isabelle owner and General manager was outstanding. Our beds were comfortable. AC was not result available but was still comfortable. They have done marvels with the restoration. Breakfast was locally produced, grown and prepared. Lovely! "
