"The place itself was good, but it would really help if there was a reception desk. We needed to print something, and it took a day to get the staff to get us some paper and at the end, the printer did not even work. There's a bit too much furniture there, as when the sofa is set up as a bad there's hardly any space to walk. Other than that, it was clean, pleasant and comfortable."

"Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises."

"Staff were lovely and helpful, answered any questions we had. They made the trip easy for us by booking airport transfers, they went through the amenities with us. We were so thankful for the free cold water tap they provide in the 'living room', it was so good to have after a long day of exploring, eating and drinking. The room was very good, plenty of space for 2 and decorated nicely and very clean. It was amazing value for money - we weren't expecting such a nice place for the amount we paid! Very happy and will be booking this hotel when we return to Paris to do all the things we didn't have time for on this trip!"

"Place is a GREAT location, was very clean. The apartment occasionally has a smell and does not have aircon. The fans provided are weak at best, which were insufficient for comfort during a heat wave. We would stay again, provided new fans were provided"
