"a this is a cheerful hotel in a great location between Art two and three, close to many sites and good restaurants. The staff has been very dedicated and helpful."

"They don’t clean the room everyday, kitchen is very tiny. Only 2 towels per day when I paid for 3 people to stay there, homeless every night just in front of the hotel, 2 slow and old elevators, one wasn’t working. Couch bed mattress was not comfortable at all, very hard mattress, sheets not soft material, bathroom smelled like public restroom, overall cleaning service was too bad. Parking not available, it’s a busy area for shopping, you won’t find parking for your car. "

"Our room was clean and pleasant but we had an issue with the shower and the safe did not work. We raised these points and the staff went out of their way to change our room and move out things for us while we were out. They were also extremely helpful in booking a room for my niece who unexpectedly came to join us for two nights. While breakfast was available at the hotel we had opted for no breakfast and there was a bakery just across the road with excellent croissants and the option for a coffee and a little park just around the corner where one could sit and have said croissant. A lot of Korean restaurants in the area and an easy walk to Opera or down to Comédie Française and Louvre. "

"Hotel staff was incredibe. My daughter became very ill toward the end of our trip and they arranged for a Dr to come to our room within the hour. Every request we made was accommodated in a timely and efficient matter. I would 100% recommend this hotel. the location also happened to be very safe and in the perfect location to see all the must see attractions."

"The breakfast menu was limited, but the staff brought scrambled eggs and a delicious macha latte on request. The room was just right."

"Great location but no notive Hotel was under renovation. Very uncomfortable to have workers outside your door painting and doing other work. Specially with a little kid. I wished I had been notified, because it was a bit uncomfortable."

"Staff was very attentive and location is prime! Room was extra small with a single bed. Honestly, this is my first time seeing a single bed room in a hotel. It felt like staying in NYC. I stayed one night so I don’t mind it. Overall positive experience."
